ABOUT OUR SERVICE; We are a a mobile
tea party and event company specializing in Fairy, Mermaid,
Traditional Garden and Alice in Wonderland inspired parties
for adults and children. All in the comfort of your own home
or location of choice. If you are looking for a venue to

HOW TO BOOK A PARTY: Complete order
form.
Return online, by fax or mail with your deposit. Or call
to reserve your party.
DEPOSIT/FINAL PAYMENT: A deposit of
$200 is required to reserve a Mermaid party. If we are unable
to confirm your date, the deposit will be returned to you.
Date and time is not guaranteed until deposit is received.
Once confirmed cancellation penalties will go into effect.
Final payment is due upon completion of party.
LATE FEES:
A $35 returned check fee will be apply to all checks returned
due to NSF. An interest charge of $15 pr week will be charged
for every week a final payment is past due. Please add an additional
5% for credit card final payments. There is no bank fee for
deposits made by credit card.

We accept cash, checks, money-orders, Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress
and Discover.
WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE: We service the Southern
California area. There is no mileage charge for parties within
a 30 mile radius of Long Beach Ca. 90807. Destinations over
30 miles will be charged a $.55 per additional mile roundtrip.
BOOKING NOTICE & PARTY SCHEDULE: We recommend booking
at least 3 weeks or more in advance. Parties can be booked
7 days a week.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations up to 14
days prior will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee parties.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior, the deposit is non refundable.
However, we will be more than happy to reschedule your party.
RAINY DAY POLICY: If your party is schedules to be hosted
outdoors. Please make alternate arrangements indoors in the
event of rain. Our normal cancellation policy applies for cancellations
due to weather.
WHAT AGE GROUP IS APPROPRIATE: Most children
ages 3 to 10 enjoy Enchanted Mermaid Parties. Depending on
the age group you are interested in reserving a party for,
modifications can be made to make the party right for you.
'Through the Looking Glass Parties' are ideal for children
of all ages as well as adults. Please contact us for more details.
ARE
BOYS ALLOWED: Of course. Please notify us on your order form
that boys will be attending. Pirate wear will be provided for
boys to wear for the duration of the party.
DOES THE PARENT/GUARDIAN
HAVE TO STAY AT THE PARTY LOCATION: Yes, it is mandatory that
at least one parent/guardian stay at the party location for
the duration of the party. This includes set-up and clean-up
time.
ARE CAMERAS / VIDEO RECORDERS ALLOWED: Yes, we would love
for you to save this magical moment in your child's life. We
kindly request that we are given enough space without distraction,
so that we mayprovide the best possible service to you and
your guest.
WHAT SHOULD THE CHILDREN WEAR: Costumes can be worn over children's
normal clothes. It is recommended, but not required that children
wear ballet style or fitted clothes. This will allow costume
to fit comfortably over your child's clothes.
SPECIAL DIET RESTRICTIONS:
If your child or a guest has special dietary restrictions
please advise us at time of head count. We will do our best
to accommodate. For children with extreme allergies it is
recommend that the parent/guardian provide an alternate substitute
for their child. We are not liable for allergic reactions
to food, clothing or other times provided.
WHAT IF THE GUEST
ARE LATE: Due to the nature of our parties it is important
for guest to arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate
late arrivals. However, please keep in mind late arrivals disrupt
the flow of a party.
PREPARATION & CLEAN-UP: We will arrive
up to 1 1/2 hours prior to scheduled party time to set-up.
Please provide enough space for the tea party, dress-up and
play area. If providing your own tables and chairs, please
have them set-up and ready for us to decorate. If the Enchanted
Gazebo is purchased, please provide enough space to accommodate
a 10x10 ft tent and a 6 ft supply table. The Enchanted Gazebo
comes with table and chairs with slipcovers. Slipcovers are
included only when renting our chairs. This is due to the unique
size of our chairs. Due to limited space we can a maximum of
25 chairs if available. Call your local rental supply company
for additional chairs. Please provide a parking space with
easy access to and from the party area for our vehicle.
RSVP
POLICY: You will be contacted 5 days prior to your party for
the final head-count At that time please notify us of any allergies
or special needs as well as food and beverage selections. You
will be charge for and we will set-up for the number of guest
given for the head count. Please make other arrangements for
guest not participating in the party.
MINIMUM ATTENDANCE & NO-SHOWS:
Parties may be scheduled for 8 or more guest (including guest
of honor). If less than 8 guest attend, you will still be charged
for 8 guest. You will be charged for the number of guest given
for the final head-count. Sorry, deductions will not be given
for no-shows.
CHANGES: Changes are allowed up to 5 days prior
to party. After 5 days changes can not be made.
RUSH FEE: A
$35 fee will be applied for all parties booked with less than
5 days notice.
PRIVACY POLICY: We value your privacy. Any photos
taken during a party are for promotional use only. We do not
post name nor do we sell or give out any personal information.
GRATUITIES: Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion.
But they are very much appreciated by the staff that will be
serving you.

PARTIES", “THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS PARTIES”,
ENCHANTED MERMAID PARTIES” TRADITIONAL GARDEN TEA PARTIES’,
ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGES
CAUSED DURING YOUR PARTY. FROM TIME OF SET-UP TO COMPLETION
OF PARTY. WE WILL WORK TO ENSURE THAT YOUR HOME AND PARTY GUEST
ARE TREATED WILL GREAT CARE. THE ENCHANTED FAIRY CO. IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO WEARING COSTUMES, FACE
PAINTING OR CONSUMING ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGES BEFORE, DURING
OR AFTER THE PARTY. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTACT
PERSON AND/OR GUEST PARENTS/GUARDIANS TO INFORM US OF ANY DIETARY
RESTRICTIONS OR SPECIAL NEEDS.
